Dr. Rano Kartono Rahim is a forward-thinking leader who has been a pillar of the company's Board since 2008. With a career rooted in the intersection of technology, engineering, and business management, he currently spearheads the operations of PT. Cipta Aneka Air as Managing Director.

A distinguished academic and seasoned executive, Dr. Rano Kartono Rahim holds a Bachelor of IT from Charles Sturt University, Australia in 2003 and a Master of Business from the University of South Australia in 2004. In 2017, he earned his Doctorate in Research Management (Entrepreneurship & Innovation) from BINUS University, followed by a Professional Engineer designation from IPB University in 2025.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Dr. Rano Kartono Rahim balances his executive responsibilities with a passion for mentorship as an educator, facilitator and Faculty Member at BINUS Business School and recurring lecturer at several top-tier universities in Indonesia. His dual expertise in industrial management and academic innovation allows him to bridge the gap between theoretical excellence and practical business solutions.

Edy Kartono Rahim has been a cornerstone of the leadership team as a Board Member since 2008. He earned his Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University, Australia, in 2006, bringing a global perspective to the Indonesian business landscape.

Before joining PT. Cipta Aneka Air in an executive capacity, He developed a robust professional background managing complex systems and teams for a major multinational corporation. As the current Operational Director, he is responsible for translating the company's strategic vision into seamless daily execution. His leadership is defined by a commitment to modern management practices and operational reliability to ensuring efficiency and organizational excellence.
